Builder's Home Warranty Inspection - Do Not Forget About Your Builders Warranty if you Purchased a New Home. Don't pay for your builder's mistakes later. If you did not hire a Home Inspector during the real estate transaction then we highly recommend you hire one for this service. Call us before that 12 month waranty has expired. We provide a detailed report that you can present to the builder as a punch list. This is usually good to have on the 11th month before the warranty expiration.
